THE ASSOCIATION

IS GGHSAA A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION?

  • Yes. Garden Grove High School Alumni Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity organization

HOW DO I BECOME AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF GGHSAA?

  • To become an active member of Garden Grove High School Alumni Association, you need to fill out a membership application and mail it to us with your cash/check payment. Our Membership Program offers two levels:
    • Annual at $15 per year, and 
    • Lifetime at $125 to be paid once.  All membership dues go towards the programs and activities of the organization.  Once the membership form and payment are received, you'll receive a membership card and have access to membership benefits.  
 

WHEN ARE GGHSAA MEETINGS HELD?

  • Throughout the school calendar year, Garden Grove High School Alumni Association’s holds monthly general meetings on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM, usually in the library. Meetings are open to all Garden Grove High School Argonauts. Suring the summer months of June, July and August 2022, the meetings will be held at the Garden Grove Lions Clubhouse at 9860 Larson Avenue in Garden Grove.

  • Yes. The official Garden Grove High School Alumni Association Facebook is https://www.facebook.com/gghsaa. Like the Facebook Page to keep in touch and be updated on news and events of Garden Grove High School Alumni Association.
 

AFFILIATIONS

IS GGHSAA AFFILIATED WITH THE GGHS ALUMNI FACEBOOK GROUP?

  • No. Garden Grove High School Alumni Association is not affiliated with the “Garden Grove HIgh School Alumni” Facebook group. 
  • The official Facebook for Garden Grove High School Alumni Association is https://www.facebook.com/gghsaa. Like the Facebook Page to keep in touch and be updated on news and events of Garden Grove High School Alumni Association.
 

IS GGHSAA AFFILIATED WITH ALUMNICLASS.COM?

  • No. As stated on the AlumniClass.com website: “AlumniClass.com is not affiliated with and is independent of any school, school district, alumni association or any other sites.” 
 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GGHSAA AND ALUMNICLASS.COM?

  • Garden Grove High School Alumni Association is a 501(c)3 NON-PROFIT organization with recognition from Garden Grove High School, Garden Grove Unified School District, and the City of Garden Grove. AlumniClass.com is a FOR-PROFIT company. As stated on the AlumniClass.com website: “AlumniClass.com is not affiliated with and is independent of any school, school district, alumni association or any other sites.”
  • Contributions (payments for membership, merchandise, etc.) provided to AlumniClass.com go directly to AlumniClass.com and not to Garden Grove High School Alumni Association or Garden Grove High School.
  • Memberships from AlumniClass.com are only for AlumniClass.com and do not provide membership to Garden Grove High School Alumni Association.
