Final Exam: Creative Poem Inspired by a Transcendentalist
Students will have the open freedom to write and create an original poem inspired by one of the authors in Collection Three: The Individual & Society. Each poem should mimic 1 aspect of the authors writing. Aspects of the author's writing can include but is not limited to theme, style, format, literary devices...etc.
Students will ultimately have 2 copies of their poem. One (1) copy will be for them to recite to the class on the day of the final. The second (2) copy will be on a decorative.pdf template. I recommend Canva. The .pdf version of the poem needs to be posted here. It will be displayed the day of the final.
